Thank you for visiting June’s sample schedule! Kripalu’s R&R Program is available year-round, and open for registration as far in advance as you wish. Our sample schedules reflect actual times and duration of activities, with the exception of outdoor, so that you may plan your day prior to arrival. Vigorous Yoga cultivates inner and outer strength and equanimity. In this dynamic and invigorating class, you will be guided through postures and powerful sequences that encourage learning and creativity in your practice as you explore your edge. Build heat through sustained holding of postures and explore pranayama and meditation to increase awareness and focus the mind. This energizing class is recommended for practitioners who have a regular yoga practice.
